Privacy Policy
Last updated September 7, 2026
This policy explains what personal information DTF Station collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to dtfstation.com and the forms and features on it.
It does not apply to our online store at shop.dtfstation.com, which runs on Shopify and has its own policy, or to the websites of the independent dealers who sell our equipment. Those businesses decide for themselves how they handle your information.
Who we are
DTF Station North America

sales@dtfstation.com
We manufacture DTF printing equipment and supplies and sell them in the United States through a network of authorized dealers. We are the business responsible for the information described here.
This website does not sell anything
There is no shopping cart on this site, no checkout, and no prices. We do not take payment here, we do not process orders here, and we do not ask for card details anywhere on this site. If a page on dtfstation.com ever asks you for payment information, it is not us.
What this site does is put you in touch with us or with a dealer. That shapes everything below: the information we collect is contact information and what you tell us about your printing business, not billing or delivery information.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and equipment inquiries. Your name, email address, company, phone number, the state you are in, the volume you print, and whatever you write in the message.
- Dealer applications. Your business name, contact name, email, phone, website, business type, the territory you cover, your resale or tax ID, and anything you tell us about your business.
- Affiliate and KOC applications. Your name, email, website, social handles and a description of your audience.
- SMS sign-ups. Your mobile number and a record of your consent, including the exact wording you agreed to and when.
- Messages to our chat assistant. Whatever you type into it, including any contact details you choose to put in a message.
You do not have to give us any of this. Every form on this site is something you choose to fill in, and you can always call or email us instead.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. Pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the site or search that sent you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location from a shortened version of your IP address. We use Google Analytics for this, with IP anonymization switched on.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records requests to the site, including IP addresses, as a normal part of running and securing a web server.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies below.
Why we use it
- To answer your question, quote the right equipment, or arrange a demo.
- To connect you with the authorized dealer who covers your area.
- To assess a dealer or affiliate application.
- To send the text messages you asked for, if you signed up for them.
- To provide support, warranty service and parts.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Authorized dealers
This is the most important one to understand. We sell through dealers, so when you send us an equipment inquiry we normally pass it to the authorized dealer who covers your state so they can follow up with a quote. That means your name, contact details and what you told us about your printing needs go to an independent business.
Those dealers are separate companies and handle your information under their own privacy policies. If you would rather we did not pass your inquiry to a dealer, say so in your message or email us and we will keep it with us.
Service providers
We use a small number of companies to run this site. They may process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Render hosts the website and the service behind its forms.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Google Analytics provides the traffic measurement described above.
- Anthropic provides the model behind our chat assistant. Messages you send to it are transmitted to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please do not type anything into the chat that you would not want to leave your own building.
- Our SMS provider delivers the text messages you have opted into.
Other situations
We may disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights or safety of people or property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we would tell you before your information became subject to a different policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information for money. We have never done so and we do not intend to.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anybody for their own marketing, ever. Numbers collected for text messages are used for text messages.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website leaves in your browser. This site uses two kinds:
- Necessary. Small amounts of data stored to make the site work as you would expect, such as remembering that you dismissed the notice at the top of the page. These cannot be turned off from within the site.
- Analytics. Google Analytics cookies, used to count visits and see which pages are read. These tell us about behaviour on the site; they are not used to build an advertising profile of you by us.
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you using any part of this site.
Sharing information with an analytics provider can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some US state laws, even where no money changes hands. If you want to opt out, see the next section.
Your choices and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and a growing number of other states give their residents rights of this kind, and we extend all of them to everyone in the United States rather than checking your address first.
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Delete. Ask us to delete it.
- Correct. Ask us to fix it if it is wrong.
- Opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
- Non-discrimination. We will not give you a worse price or a worse service for exercising any of these.
- Appeal. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to reconsider, and we will give you a written answer.
How to make a request: email sales@dtfstation.com with the subject line "Privacy request", or call (562) 573-1117. Tell us what you want to do and give us the email address or phone number you have used with us so that we can find your information. We will confirm we received it and respond within the time the law allows, normally 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before we act, and we will not use anything you send us for verification for any other purpose.
An authorized agent may make a request for you if they provide written proof that you gave them permission.
See also Your Privacy Choices.
Global Privacy Control
If you visit this site with the Global Privacy Control signal turned on in your browser, we treat that as a request to opt out of any sharing of your information for targeted advertising, for that browser and device.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also email us. Stopping texts does not affect anything else in your relationship with us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and applications for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and after that only as long as we need to for legal, accounting, warranty or dispute-resolution reasons. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis and is not tied to your name. Chat conversations are kept only as long as needed to run and improve the assistant. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to the inbox they land in is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that a transmission over the internet is completely safe, but we do not ask for sensitive information on this site and you should not send us any.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Visitors from outside the United States
We operate this site from the United States and store information here. If you visit from another country, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your own. Our equipment is sold outside the US through other DTF Station entities and distributors, who handle information under their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page, and for a significant change we will say so on the site. Please check back from time to time.
