Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dtfstation.com and the features on it — the equipment pages, the downloads, the inquiry and application forms, and the chat assistant. Please read them before you use the site.

They do not govern the purchase of equipment or supplies. This website does not sell anything, and what you buy, you buy from someone else under their terms. That distinction runs through everything below, so it comes first.

This website does not sell anything

There is no shopping cart on this site, no checkout, and no prices. We do not take payment here, we do not process orders here, and we do not ask for card details anywhere on this site. If a page on dtfstation.com ever asks you for payment information, it is not us.

What this site does is put you in touch with us or with one of our authorized dealers. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and sending us an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve equipment, or set a price.

Two things sit outside these terms:

• Our online store at shop.dtfstation.com, which runs on Shopify and has its own terms and its own checkout.
• The websites and businesses of the independent dealers who sell our equipment. They are separate companies. They set their own prices, terms, delivery and payment arrangements, and we are not a party to your agreement with them.

We manufacture DTF printing equipment and supplies and sell them in the United States through a network of authorized dealers. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DTF Station North America, and "you" means the person using this website.

Accepting these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you are agreeing to them on that company's behalf and confirming you are authorized to do so.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or use the chat assistant on this site.

Product information on this site

We take care to describe our equipment accurately, and the specifications published here are the figures we stand behind. Even so:

• Specifications can change. We improve our machines, and we may change or discontinue a product, a specification or an accessory without notice.
• Performance figures depend on your conditions. Print speeds, throughput, film and powder consumption and cure results vary with your artwork, materials, environment and workflow. Figures on this site are representative, not a guarantee of what your shop will achieve.
• Colors on screen are approximate. We cannot guarantee that your display shows the colors of a product or a printed sample accurately.
• Mistakes happen. If something here is wrong, incomplete or out of date, we will correct it when we find out. Please tell us if you spot something.

If a specification matters to your decision, confirm it with us or with your dealer in writing before you buy. That written confirmation, and the documents that come with the machine, are what govern the sale — not a web page.

Inquiries, applications and dealer introductions

When you send an equipment inquiry, we normally pass it to the authorized dealer who covers your area so they can quote and follow up. We explain how that works, and what we do with your information, in our Privacy Policy.

• Submitting a form does not oblige us to respond, to introduce you to a dealer, or to sell you anything, and it does not oblige a dealer to accept your business.
• Dealer, distributor and affiliate applications are assessed at our discretion. Applying does not make you an authorized dealer or affiliate; only a signed agreement with us does that.
• Please give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us to route your inquiry to the right dealer.

Warranty, service and support

Nothing on this page is a warranty. Our warranty commitments live in their own documents, and those documents — not this site's marketing pages — set out what is covered, for how long, and what you need to do to claim:

Where a warranty document and a page on this site disagree, the warranty document wins.

Downloads

Spec sheets, color profiles, guides and other files on this site are provided for use with DTF Station equipment. You may download, print and share them for that purpose. They are provided as they are: we cannot promise a file is the latest revision, or that a color profile will suit your particular film, ink and press combination without adjustment. Test before you commit a production run to one.

The chat assistant

The assistant on this site is an AI tool that answers questions about our products. Two things to know before you use it:

• It can be wrong. It generates answers, and it sometimes generates confident ones that are mistaken. Treat what it tells you as a starting point, not as a specification, a quotation, a warranty commitment or technical advice. Check anything that matters with a person before you act on it.
• What you type is sent to a third party. Your messages go to an AI provider to produce the reply. Please do not type anything confidential, and do not type personal information about anyone else. Our Privacy Policy names the provider and explains what happens to the messages.

The assistant does not create any obligation on our part, and a price, delivery date or promise produced by it is not binding on us or on any dealer.

Text messages

If you sign up for text updates, you are consenting to the specific wording shown on the sign-up form at the time, and we keep a record of it. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. Consenting to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Our content and trademarks

The text, photography, video, illustrations, layout, code and design of this site, and the DTF Station name and logo, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

What you may do: view, download and print pages and files for your own use, and for evaluating, buying, operating or servicing our equipment. Dealers, distributors and affiliates may also use our product photography and copy to promote the equipment they are authorized to sell, provided it is not altered in a way that misrepresents the product.

What you may not do: republish this site or substantial parts of it, use our content or trademarks in a way that suggests we endorse or supply you when we do not, remove our marks or notices, scrape the site at scale or use it to train a machine-learning model, or resell any of it.

Things you must not do here

• Break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it.
• Submit false, misleading or impersonated information through our forms or chat.
• Send spam, harvest contact details, or use the site to advertise to our customers.
• Upload or transmit malware, probe or interfere with the site's security, or try to gain access to systems or data that are not yours.
• Scrape, crawl or automatically extract the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or place unreasonable load on it.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against anyone through any feature of this site.

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, or to any feature of it, if it is being misused.

Ideas and feedback you send us

If you send us a suggestion, a product idea, a photograph of your work or any other unsolicited material, you are giving us permission to use it — including in our marketing — without payment and without any obligation to keep it confidential or to credit you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Only send us material you have the right to give us. If you would rather we did not use something, say so when you send it, or ask us to stop and we will.

Other websites and services

This site links to places we do not control: dealer websites, our Shopify store, financing partners, social platforms, video hosts, help and warranty portals, and marketplaces where our products are sold. We link to them because they are useful, not as an endorsement, and their terms and privacy policies govern what happens there. If you buy from a marketplace listing, that marketplace's rules apply to the purchase, not these terms.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any file or feature on it will suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

This section is about the website. It does not limit the warranties that come with our equipment, or any right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DTF Station North America and its officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on information published on it — even if we have been told such damages are possible.

Some states do not allow these exclusions. Where that is so, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Again, this concerns the website: claims relating to equipment you bought are governed by the warranty documents and by your agreement with the dealer who sold it to you.

Indemnification

If your use of this site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us from someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top. If we make a significant change we will make that clear rather than leaving you to spot it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we each agree to those courts hearing it.

The rest

• Severability. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands and that part is applied as far as the law allows.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this website. They do not replace any separate signed agreement you have with us — a dealer, distributor, affiliate or service agreement — which governs its own subject matter.
• Ending it. You can stop using the site at any time, which ends these terms for you. Anything that by its nature should survive — the sections on our content, liability and indemnification — survives.
