Who can apply

  • You're 18 or older and a legal resident of one of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. (U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, aren't eligible).
  • You own or run a business, or a side business, that does DTF printing.
  • Any printer brand. You don't need to be a DTF Station customer.
  • One entry per business.
  • DTF Station employees and contractors, employees of DTF Station dealers and distributors, and the immediate family and household members of any of them, aren't eligible.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

What we're looking for

We're looking for shops with a story: businesses that have grown, hit a turning point, or are pushing to take the next step. Shops of every size are welcome: we look at where your business is headed, not how big it is. What matters is the story behind it and how DTF printing fits into it. Tell us honestly what you do, who you serve, and what this trip would mean to you.

Who's eligible?

Legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., 18 or older, who own or run a business, or side business, that does DTF printing. U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, aren't included. Employees and contractors of DTF Station and of its dealers and distributors, and their immediate family and household members, can't enter. See the Official Rules for the full terms.

Do I need to be a DTF Station customer?

No purchase is necessary to enter. Any U.S. business doing DTF printing is welcome to apply.

Why do you ask whether a dealer told me about it?

So we can thank the dealers who help spread the word. It's optional, and it has nothing to do with judging or with whether you've bought anything.

Can I bring someone?

Yes. The prize covers you and one guest. Your guest can be any age, but a guest under 18 must be your child or legal ward, or travel with their own parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian signs the release.

When would I travel?

Any time January – March 2027. On the application you pick a preferred month and week, and we coordinate the exact dates with you.

What's covered?

Round-trip flights, two hotel nights, a day at Disneyland, meals and local transport for two. Any other spending — extras, upgrades, souvenirs and personal expenses — is up to you. If you travel in February or March, you can also add a private DTF equipment demo, subject to availability. Full details are in the Official Rules.

How is the winner chosen?

Every complete application is scored on the story you tell, against the criteria in our Official Rules — nothing is decided at random. We use an AI tool to score all entries on those same criteria and build a shortlist, our team reviews the results, and a panel of five judges then scores the shortlist and picks the winner. If scores tie, the higher combined essay score wins; if still tied, the judges re-vote; if still tied, the earlier completed application wins.

Do photos or video help?

They're optional, but highly recommended. A quick introduction and a look at your print shop help our judges get to know you, and can score higher when they support your story — for example, a 'then' photo of a small home setup next to a 'now' photo of your current operation. You can upload a video right on the form or share a link.

Will I be filmed?

If you win, we'd love to capture parts of your trip for DTF Station content. Filming consent is part of the application.

Are there taxes on the prize?

Prizes worth $600 or more are reported to the IRS, and the winner is responsible for any taxes. We'll send the needed paperwork.

Do I need ID?

Yes. The winner must show government-issued ID confirming they are 18 or older before the prize is awarded.

Can I edit my application after submitting?

No. Once you submit, your application is final. Until then you can go back to any step and change anything — your progress saves as you go.

What happens to my application afterwards?

We keep applications, including photos and video, for up to six months after the contest ends, then delete them. If you opted in, we may contact you during that time about paid opportunities to share your story or create content, such as a testimonial or an affiliate or ambassador program. Dealers never see your details.

How will I hear back?

By email. The winner is contacted first, and everyone who isn't selected gets an email after the contest ends.

Ties are broken by the higher combined score on the two essays (Essay 1 + Essay 2); if still tied, by a re-vote of the judges; if still tied, by the earliest completed submission.
