Films are often stored in rolls, which can cause them to curve and potentially bundle up during printing and curing. This bundling can lead to uneven curing and suboptimal results.

This design allows for consistent and thorough heating across the entire film, resulting in optimal curing and high-quality prints. B. Scale Marks to Ensure Film Easy Alignment
Another standout feature of the Miro 24 is the inclusion of scale marks on both ends of the powder shaker, designed to ensure easy and precise film positioning and prevent misalignment. Misalignment is a common challenge with powder shakers, but the scale marks on the Miro 24 effectively prevent this issue.
Scale Marks on Both Ends To address this problem, the Miro 24 incorporates clear scale markings at both ends of the unit. When positioning the film, users simply align it so that the film width is equally distributed on both sides of the scale marks. For instance, with a 48 cm width film, the film should be centered with 24 cm on either side of the scale marks, both at the front and rear of the powder shaker. This alignment feature helps users maintain proper film positioning, ensuring smooth operation and consistent results without the risk of misalignment affecting the performance of the take-up reel.
