What is inside the Miro 36
Touch screen
Speed, heat and fans on one screen
The screen sets the belt speed, the front and main heating temperatures and the fans, and shows the current temperature beside each setting.
Under the lid
The heating plates, all in reach
The lid lifts on gas struts to open the whole curing section across the 36 in width, for cleaning or clearing a jam.
Built-in air purification
Fumes go through the filters, not into the room
Curing fumes are drawn into the purifier cabinet, where fans pull them through a bed of filter panels. No separate extractor needs to stand beside the line.
Alignment guide
A scale across the full width
A printed scale runs the width of the feed, so you can see at a glance that the film is going in straight.
Roll feed
Film runs off the roll
The roll sits on a steel shaft held at each end by a hand-tightened clamp.
