Touch screen
Temperature and speed on one screen
Plate temperature, belt speed and the extraction fan are set on a touch screen on the front of the machine.
Powder roller
An even coat across the width
The powder roller sits in the trough and carries an even coat onto every sheet that passes over it.
Bottom-platen heating
Heat from underneath
The patented bottom-platen heating cures the powder from below the film, with the extraction fans and insulation in the lid above it.
Take-up
Winds the finished film
A motorised take-up on the output side rolls cured film back onto a core, ready for the cutter or the press.
Anti-static brush
Loose powder stays in the machine
An anti-static brush at the exit clears loose powder from the film as it leaves.
