Removing Crate Panels and Dust Cover
Watch this part0:35- Unlock all latches on the sides of the crate.
- With two people, lift the top panel straight up and set it aside.
- Unlock and remove all four side panels.
- Set all panels aside carefully to avoid injury.
- Remove the plastic dust cover from the machine.
- Set the dust cover aside for future use.
- Remove the instruction manual and materials from the top of the machine.
Removing the Machine from the Pallet
Watch this part1:19- Use a power drill to remove the four support brackets securing the machine legs to the pallet.
- Remove the foam-wrapped wooden 2x4 from underneath the machine and discard it.
- Remove the second wooden 2x4 from underneath the machine.
Preparing the Ramp and Adjusting Feet
Watch this part2:10- Unwrap one of the removed 2x4s.
- Lay the 2x4 near the pallet.
- Use one crate panel to create a ramp as shown in the video.
- Use an adjustable wrench to raise the machine feet.
- Tighten the upper nuts against the base before adjusting the foot pads.
- Repeat this process for all eight feet.
Sliding the Machine Down the Ramp
Watch this part2:55- Do not push the machine directly.
- Carefully lower one side of the machine down the ramp while keeping the other side stationary.
- Allow the machine to descend at a controlled angle.
- For the dryer section, hold the top handle with one hand and the paper feed opening with the other.
- Slowly lower the dryer down the ramp.
- Ensure doorway clearance of at least 0.8 meters when moving the unit.
Connecting the Dryer and Shaker Units
Watch this part3:38- Push the dryer and shaker units together.
- Remove the protective film from the dryer power port.
- Pull out the power cord.
- Plug the cord into the shaker power port and tighten the connector.
- Repeat this process for the remaining two cables.
- Feed excess cable inside as the units are brought together.
- Rotate the dryer feet clockwise to secure them.
- Level both units so their heights match.
- Loosen the four connecting knobs counterclockwise.
- Join the units together.
- Tighten the same four knobs clockwise to secure.
Unpacking Cabinet Accessories

- Remove the protective foam.
- Remove the paper core.
- Remove the roll of film.
- Remove the foam box containing the filter.
- Lay out all accessories and verify nothing is missing.
Installing the Tension Bar Brackets
Watch this part5:00- Locate the bag labeled number 2.
- Identify the two thin bars.
- Secure the first bracket to the back of the dryer using two screws.
- Remove the bearing and screws from one end of the bar.
- Insert the bar into the bracket.
- Reinstall the bearing and tighten the screws.
- Repeat for the opposite side of the bar.
- Repeat the entire process for the second bar.
Installing the Cooling System
Watch this part6:07- Locate the bag labeled number 10.
- Position the cooling fan brackets on each side as shown.
- Verify correct bracket orientation.
- Secure each bracket using two thumb screws.
- Remove the two thumb screws from the cooling fan.
- Position the fan so the power cable is on the right side near the power port.
- Mount the fan to the brackets and secure using the thumb screws.
- Adjust fan direction by tightening or loosening the adjustment knob.
- Plug in the fan power cable and rotate clockwise to secure.
Installing the Takeup Reel
Watch this part6:48- Gather the two poles and the two brackets labeled number 1.
- Secure each bracket using two thumb screws on the face and two on the side.
- Repeat on the opposite bracket.
- Loosen all eight thumb screws.
- Route the first pole through the rear hole.
- Tighten the four thumb screws evenly: Tighten the two top screws first
- Route the second pole through the right-side bracket only.
- Route the pole through the two parts labeled number 3.
- Ensure the motorized side is on the right and both parts face each other.
- Tighten the thumb screws to secure.
- Separate the takeup reel components.
- Insert the paper core.
- Align the paper core with the heating element above.
- Tighten the thumb screws to secure the core.
- Plug in the takeup reel power cable and rotate clockwise to lock.
- Then tighten the two bottom screws
Power Verification and Final Checks
Watch this part8:18- Plug in the main power cable.
- Turn the machine on.
- Confirm the control panel powers on and operates correctly.
- When opening the control panel, press only on the designated lower areas.
- Do not press directly on the screen.
- Turn off the machine after verification.

- Upper port: 18A (main heating element and takeup reel)
- Lower port: 8A (preheating plate and powder shaking)
- 220V model:
