Safety, Tools, and Preparation

What you need

  • At least two people available for unpacking and setup
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Protective gloves
  • Knife
  • Power screwdriver

Uncrating the Machine

  1. Remove the top panel of the crate by taking out the screws on the L brackets at the top.
  2. Set the top panel aside to be reused later as a ramp.
  3. Remove the side panels one by one in the order shown in the video.
  4. Remove the fabric cover from the machine and set it aside for later use.

Releasing the Machine from Shipping Brackets

  1. Locate the four bottom shipping brackets holding the stopper in place.
  2. Remove all four shipping brackets.
  3. Use a wrench to raise and loosen the stopper until the machine rests on its wheels.

Lowering the Machine to the Ground

  1. Position the previously removed top panel as a ramp from the crate to the ground.
  2. Reuse the crate’s bottom L bracket screws to secure the ramp in place.
  3. Carefully slide the machine down the ramp to the ground.

Cabinet Access and Included Components

What you need

  • Foot pedal
  • Spare screws
  • Power cord
  • Air compressor
  • Packing list
  • Inspection report
  1. Move to the side of the machine and open the left cabinet door.
  2. Unlock the right cabinet door by pressing the button in the middle.
  3. To relock the cabinet, push the latch up or down as shown in the video.

Front Area and Foot Pedal Access

  1. Move to the front of the machine.
  2. Locate the foot pedal underneath the t-shirt stacker.
  3. Remove the foam packaging securing the foot pedal.

Air Compressor Setup

  1. Open the air compressor box.
  2. Remove the air compressor and set it aside.
  3. Bring the air compressor closer to the machine.
  4. Attach the air tube by pushing the coupler ring and inserting the male coupler until it clicks.
  5. Connect the other end of the air tube to the machine.

Power Connection

  1. Plug the machine’s power cord into a surge protector for stable voltage.

Air Compressor and Air Pressure Check

  1. Open the air compressor valve by turning the knob toward the hose.
  2. Power on the air compressor by pulling the top switch.
  3. Check the compressor gauge to confirm proper operation.
  4. Slide the front inlet valve on the machine to the right.
  5. Watch the machine’s gauge to confirm proper air pressure.

Powering On and Testing the Folding Machine

  1. Turn on the folding machine.
  2. Release the emergency stop button by twisting it clockwise.
  3. If the machine is in pack mode and the front fork lifts, switch to fold mode to lower it.
  4. Press the start button to test the machine.
  5. Press the foot pedal firmly for one second to confirm proper operation.

Final Positioning and Completion

  • Folding cycle runs without issues
  1. Move the machine to its final desired location.
  2. Screw the foot pads down as shown in the video.
