- Pre-Installation Check 1.1 Documentation OverviewThe following printed documents are provided with this machine: Accessories List — Identifies the supplied accessories, including included items, fasteners, and related components. Stand Assembly Guide (this document) — Provides instructions and safety precautions for assembling the stand. User's Manual — Describes machine functions, operating procedures, and important operational considerations. Safety Instructions — Contains mandatory safety information that must be observed when using the machine. 1.2 Installation and PlacementInstallation and placement of this machine must be performed by trained and qualified personnel. Transportation, unloading, and installation must be carried out by trained and qualified personnel only. Proper handling requires appropriate equipment and technical expertise. Failure to use suitable equipment or qualified personnel may result in serious injury, property damage, or major accidents. 1.3 Installation Location PrecautionsInstall the machine in a stable, vibration-free environment suitable for reliable operation. Installing the machine in an unsuitable location may result in accidents, fire hazards, operational malfunction, or equipment damage. Install the machine on a level, stable surface capable of supporting its full weight. Failure to install the machine on an appropriate surface may result in serious accidents, including tipping, falling, or structural collapse. Do not install the machine outdoors or in any location exposed to water, moisture, or high humidity. Failure to prevent electrical leakage may result in electric shock or fire. Install the machine so that the power plug remains easily accessible at all times. In the event of an emergency, the power plug must be disconnected quickly. Position the machine near a suitable power outlet and maintain sufficient clearance to ensure immediate access to the plug. Install the machine in a clean, well-lit environment suitable for safe operation. Working in a dark, obstructed, or cluttered area may result in accidents, including tripping hazards or becoming caught in moving components. Do not install the machine near flammable materials or in areas where combustible gases may be present. Failure to comply may result in fire or explosion. Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated in accordance with applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements. Insufficient ventilation may result in health hazards or increased fire risk due to the accumulation of ink vapors. Unsuitable Installation Locations Do not install the machine in any of the following environments. Installation in unsuitable locations may result in malfunction, reduced performance, or equipment damage: Areas subject to significant temperature or humidity fluctuations Locations exposed to vibration or mechanical shock Sloped, uneven, or structurally unstable flooring Dusty or contaminated environments Areas exposed to direct sunlight Locations near air conditioners, heaters, or other heat sources Areas exposed to water, moisture, or strong airflow Locations subject to electrical noise, magnetic interference, or other sources of electromagnetic disturbance 1.4 Temperature and HumidityMaintain the specified temperature and humidity conditions at all times, including when the machine is not in operation. Failure to comply may result in malfunction, reduced performance, or equipment damage. During Operation Temperature: 20 to 28°C (68 to 83°F) Humidity: 40 to 60% RH (no condensation) When Not in Operation Temperature: 15 to 30°C (59 to 86°F) Humidity: 30 to 80% RH (no condensation)
- Installation OverviewCooling FanParts List: ItemDescription ACooling fan BM6 x 16 mm hex bolt (silver) x 2 Installation: Position the cooling fan. Align the two M6 mounting holes on the sides of the fan housing with the corresponding locating points on the bracket. Secure the fan. Insert the M6 bolts into the mounting holes on both sides and tighten them. Take-up SystemParts List: ItemDescription CTake-up bracket (left/right) — C-L, C-R DTake-up unit (left/right) — D-L, D-R ETake-up bar x 2 FM6 x 16 mm hex bolt x 12 Installation: Attach the take-up brackets. Secure the left and right take-up brackets to the unit using four M6 bolts on each side. Install the first take-up bar. Insert the first take-up bar into the inner mounting holes, centering it between the brackets. Install the take-up unit and second bar. Insert the second take-up bar into the outer mounting holes. As you do so, position the take-up unit (D-L, D-R) onto the bars. Make sure the media holder switches face outward. The back side of the take-up reel is open. The front side must slide onto the bar first before the right side of the bar is placed into the bracket. Secure the bars. After installing the second bar, ensure both bars are centered and aligned between the brackets. Then, secure each bar with two M6 bolts on each side.
- Control Panel (Touch Screen) Overview A–C: Mode Selection KeysKeyDescription APress to activate Manual Mode. This mode remains active until you press B or C to switch to another mode. When Manual Mode is active, the shaker operates in manual mode. BPress to activate Automatic Mode. This mode remains active until you press A or C to switch to another mode. When Automatic Mode is active, the shaker operates in automatic mode. CPress to activate Stop Mode. This mode remains active until you press A or B to switch to another mode. When Stop Mode is active, the shaker stops all current operations. Note: Keys A, B, and C are mutually exclusive. Pressing one key activates its corresponding mode and automatically deactivates the previously active mode. D: Shaker MotorWhen the motor is off, the icon appears static. Press D-1 to turn the motor on; the icon changes to a dynamic wave animation. Press D-1 again to turn the motor off. E: Cooling FanWhen the fan is off, the icon appears static. Press E-1 to turn the fan on; the icon changes to a rotating animation. Press E-1 again to turn the fan off. F: Belt DriveWhen the belt drive is off, the icon appears static. KeyFunction F-1Press to move the belt forward (take-up direction). The icon animates while the belt is moving. F-2Press to move the belt backward (toward the front guide plate). The icon animates while the belt is moving. F-3Press to stop the belt. G: Powder SystemWhen the powder system is off, the icon appears static. KeyFunction G-1Activates manual powder dispensing. When both are active, the icon animates. I: Heating SystemWhen the upper dryer and front guide plate are off, the icon appears static. KeyFunction I-1Starts heating the upper dryer. The icon animates while the upper dryer is running. I-2Starts heating the lower (rear) dryer. The icon animates while the lower dryer is running. I-3Starts heating the front guide plate. The icon animates while the front guide plate is running. Note: Press the same key again to stop the corresponding function. The upper dryer, lower dryer, and front guide plate can operate simultaneously, or independently. When all three are active, the icon animates. J: Settings KeyPress and hold for 3 seconds to access the settings menu. Available settings include: Automatic powder removal delay Maximum belt speed Maximum shaking speed Language selection Sub-keyFunction J-1Engineering mode (not accessible to users) J-2Factory reset K: Parameter Adjustment KeyPress to adjust parameters. Each setting has its own minimum and maximum allowable values.
- Operation Procedure
- Power ConnectionEnsure the external power supply is connected (AC 220 V, 50/60 Hz).
- GroundingVerify that the ground wire is securely connected.
- Machine AlignmentBefore use, align the printer with the shaker. Maintain a distance of approximately 20–30 cm between the front heating plate of the shaker and the front heating plate of the printer. This helps prevent material misalignment during take-up.
- Loading MediaSecure the media onto the printer's media holder and load it into the printer for printing. Refer to the printer's media loading instructions for details.
- Power OnTurn on the main power switch on the control box.
- Parameter SettingsTap the desired value on the screen to open the setting interface. For example: Tap the Shaker Speed value to set the shaking speed. Enter the desired value and confirm to return to the main screen. The same procedure applies to setting: Belt speed Front dryer temperature Front guide plate temperature Other speed and temperature settings
- Shaker Function (On/Off)Tap Off or On below Shaker on the screen to enable or disable the shaking function.
- Automatic Powder Return SystemItemDescription Auto Powder Return LevelAdjustable from level 1 to 30. Default level 15 suits most printing speeds. Higher levels increase powder output. Powder Return On/OffTurns the automatic powder return function on or off. When enabled, the system operates in synchronization with the machine. Powder return pauses when media is not moving. Manual DispenseTap to dispense powder once. Manual Powder ReturnTap to activate powder return for 40 seconds. Tap again to stop immediately. Powder Box CleaningPress and hold for 3 seconds to start cleaning. The powder outlet opens wider and vibrates strongly to dislodge residual powder. Place a container under the outlet to collect the powder.
- Belt Drive ControlTap Off, Forward, or Reverse below Belt on the screen to stop, advance, or reverse the belt.
- Front Dryer Heating (On/Off)Tap the Power Icon on the front dryer to turn heating on or off. Red = Off Green = On The same operation applies to the rear dryer.
- Front Guide Plate Heating (On/Off)Tap the Power Icon on the front guide plate to turn heating on or off. Red = Off Green = On
- Cooling Fan (On/Off)Tap Off or On below Cooling Fan on the screen to enable or disable the fan.
- Belt Vacuum (On/Off)Tap Off or On below Belt Vacuum on the screen to enable or disable the vacuum.
- Operation ModesModeDescription ManualThe shaker operates continuously according to the set parameters, unaffected by sensors. AutomaticThe shaker operates when the sensor detects media. When no media is detected, the belt stops immediately, and dispensing and shaking stop after 10 seconds. Operation resumes automatically when media is detected. StopDispensing, shaking, and belt movement stop. All other functions continue to operate normally. Tap Automatic to resume automatic mode, or tap Manual to resume manual mode. Mode selection keys are located in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Settings MenuPress and hold the gear icon in the upper right corner to access the settings menu. Available options include language selection, time settings, and more.
- Auto Standby HeatingWhen operating in Automatic Mode, if printing stops for 20 seconds (e.g., during cleaning or a temporary break), the standby heating function automatically activates. The temperature decreases by 20°C from the set value. For example, if the set temperature is 100°C, it will maintain 80°C during standby. When printing resumes, the temperature automatically returns to the set value. Note: This function does not activate in Manual Mode or Stop Mode.

- Start OperationAfter adjusting all settings, begin the shaking and curing process.
- Shut DownAfter curing is complete, turn off all heating switches.
- Fire ProtectionThe machine is equipped with a built-in fire protection system. If a fire hazard is detected, the machine immediately enters fire protection mode.
- Media Alignment and Powder Application Guidelines Media Alignment GuidelinesRefer to the operation diagrams above. ✓ = Optimal / Recommended ✗ = Incorrect ○ = Acceptable but not recommended A – Media Centered (✓)Position the media at the center of the machine. This is the optimal working condition. B – Media Flush with Front Heating Plate (○)The media can be aligned flush with the front heating plate or positioned close to it. However, this configuration may not provide sufficient clearance, potentially allowing part of the media to extend beyond the heating plate. As a result, the extended portion may not receive adequate heating from the front heating plate, which can lead to misalignment and possible defects in the final product. C – Media Extends Beyond Front Heating Plate (✗)This is an incorrect placement. When the media extends beyond the front heating plate, a portion of it does not receive heating from the front heating plate, and the media is already misaligned. This can result in defects in the final product. D – Printer-to-Shaker Distance (✓)Maintain an approximate 200–300 mm gap between the media directly under the printer and the shaker. This is the optimal spacing. E – Media Tangent to Front Heating Plate (✓)Position the media so that it is perfectly tangent to the front heating plate. This is the optimal placement and should be used in conjunction with the centered positioning described in A. F – Media Not Tangent to Front Heating Plate (✗)If the media is not perfectly tangent to the front heating plate, a portion of the media may not receive adequate heating from the front heating plate, which can result in defects in the final product. Powder ApplicationAfter the media is properly positioned, apply powder manually. Spread the powder evenly over the media using approximately 0.25 kg of powder. Once manual powder application is complete, open the powder box cover and add powder as needed (maximum powder capacity 3kg). Note: When refilling powder, keep the dispensing nozzle as low as possible to minimize airborne powder dispersion.
- Media PathGuide the film from the feed direction (printer side) into the shaker. The film passes under the powder box, then between the shaking paddle and the platform for curing. After curing, the film exits toward the take-up direction and is wound onto the take-up core.
- Operation TipsIn Automatic Mode, the sensor must detect the film for the machine to operate.
- Fume/Smoke PurifierThe machine features three exhaust ports that are connected in series to a single outlet for smoke extraction.
- Front and Rear DisassemblyTransport Preparation
- Maintenance OverviewPower Off Before Servicing — Disconnect the external power supply before performing any repair or cleaning work.
- Maintenance TipsCleaning Residual PowderChamber Area
- Ensure the cured film lies flat without obvious wrinkles.
- The edges of the film at both the feed side and take-up side must be aligned.
- When the roll is running low, the machine will stop. Use Manual Mode to process the remaining film.
- For optimal performance, use the recommended smoke filter from the DTF Station series. If using an alternative model, ensure the extraction capacity is between 36 m³/h and 202 m³/h.
- The machine supports disassembly from both the front and rear for convenient transport. When reassembling, ensure all mounting holes are precisely aligned and all screws are securely fastened.
- Daily Cleaning – Shaker Chamber — Remove residual powder from the inside of the shaker chamber after each day of operation.
- Daily Cleaning – Powder Shaking Paddle — Clean the powder shaking paddle to remove residual powder.
- Daily Cleaning – Control Panel — Wipe any residual powder from the control panel.
- Daily Cleaning – Media Tension Bar — Clean powder off the media tension bar.
- Control Box — Clean the control box regularly and keep it dry.
- Powder Box — At the end of each day, empty the powder box completely to prevent powder from absorbing moisture. Moisture can cause powder clogging or motor failure.
- Reusing Powder — Before reusing powder, sift it through a 60-mesh screen to remove any contaminants. This prevents clogging of the powder brush and ensures print quality and adhesion strength.
- Shaker Cover — Keep the shaker cover closed during operation. This prevents powder from entering the belt area and also reduces noise.
- Smoke Extractor/Purifier — If smoke extraction performance becomes poor, replace the filter.
- Weekly – Oil Drainage — Drain accumulated oil regularly on a weekly or as-needed basis.
- After each use, clean any residual powder from the internal area to prevent contamination and moisture absorption.
- Powder Box Area
- After each use, clean the powder box and the rubber seal area to prevent powder from absorbing moisture and causing clogging or air leaking issues.
- Front Heating Plate
- After each use, clean any residual powder from the front heating plate to prevent contamination.
- Cleaning Residual OilDaily Oil Drainage
- At the end of each day, open the front dryer to allow residual oil on the pipe walls and dryer to flow into the oil collection tray. After 1 hour, close the front dryer. Periodically check the oil collection tray and empty it when necessary.
- Oil Tray Removal
- Loosen the screws and remove the oil collection tray.
