Feeding Out Final Media

  1. Turn on the vacuum function.
  2. Feed out an additional foot of media.
  3. Press the down arrow key for 2 seconds.
  4. Wait 5 seconds.
  5. Repeat until enough film is fed out to ensure final prints cure properly.

Shutting Down Heat and Powder Systems

  1. Turn off the front heating plate.
  2. Turn off the powder recirculation.
  3. Cut the media while pulling slightly to prevent crinkling.

Final Film Feeding and Powdering

  1. Manually feed the remaining film into the shaker.
  2. Slowly open the center lid.
  3. Hold the film from the center opening to maintain control.
  4. Wait until the last print is fully powdered before releasing the film.

Final Curing and Take-Up Control

  1. Set the shaker to Manual mode.
  2. Monitor curing as the last print passes through the shaking zone.
  3. Turn off the shaking function once the last print exits the conveyor belt area.
  4. Apply tension to the film to slow the take-up reel.
  5. Prevent the film from rolling up too quickly.

Full System Shutdown

  1. Turn off the take-up system.
  2. Turn off the main heat.
  3. Turn off the sub heat.
  4. Turn off the vacuum.
  5. Turn off the conveyor.

Powder Recovery and Cleaning

  1. Turn on the vacuum function to pull powder from the bottom to the top powder station.
  2. Brush off excess powder.
  3. Place the end-of-day tray over the vacuum area.
  4. Press and hold the cleaning button for more than 5 seconds to expel remaining powder.
  5. Use the provided spatula to tap inside the powdering station.
  6. Brush powder into the tray.
  7. Pour recovered powder into a sealed container with desiccant.

External Powder Cleanup and Vent Cleaning

  1. Vacuum remaining powder around the machine.
  2. Leave the air purifier running for at least 5 minutes before disconnecting.
  3. Clean the inside of the oven vent using a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol.

Cooling and Internal Cleaning

  1. Unlatch the heating elements.
  2. Fully open all lids.
  3. Allow the machine to cool for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Remove excess powder or glycerin buildup.
  5. Clean all residue using isopropyl alcohol.
  6. Close and latch the oven area.

Weekly or As-Needed Sensor and Glycerin Maintenance

  1. Clean the sensor using a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
  2. Keep all covers closed to prevent dust and debris accumulation.
  3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw from the glycerin container.
  4. Inspect glycerin buildup inside the container.
  5. Clean the container using isopropyl alcohol.
  6. Reinstall and secure the screw.
