Releasing And Moving Software Seats With CADlink Activation Codes

1. CADlink’s digital download and activation code licensing system allows you to: Deactivate DigiRIP on one computer
2. This process transfers your active license from one system to another.

• Reactivate the same license on another computer

1. Open **DigiRIP** on the currently active computer.
2. Go to **Help** in the top menu.
3. Select **Deactivate Product**.
4. This immediately releases the activation code, allowing it to be used on another computer.

1. Install DigiRIP on the new system.
2. Launch the software.
3. When prompted, enter: Your previously released activation code
4. Enter the information exactly as originally registered to ensure continued product support.

• Your registration information

1. Once the activation code and registration details are entered, DigiRIP will activate.
2. You will now be able to run the software on the new system.

1. If DigiRIP is already installed on a computer that was previously activated, an activation dialog will appear.
2. You will see three options: Activate with your current license
3. If you are using a previously deactivated license: Select **Activate with your current license**.
4. DigiRIP will use the activation code saved in the software settings.
5. A confirmation dialog will appear indicating the license is now active.
