Read this guide completely before installing, configuring, or operating the equipment. Safety Instructions IMPORTANT — Read before use. Read all instructions before operating this machine. This heat press machine is intended for its designated use only. Keep hands and body clear of all folding panels while the machine is operating. Failure to do so may result in personal injury. Do not pull on the power cord to disconnect from the outlet. Always grasp the plug when unplugging. Do not operate the machine if the power cord is damaged, or if the machine has been dropped or damaged. Improper assembly or repair may increase the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury. This machine is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is required when children are near the machine. Never leave the machine unattended while it is connected to a power source. Do not operate other high-power equipment on the same circuit to reduce the risk of overload. When using an extension cord, arrange the cord properly to prevent pulling or tripping hazards.   1. Pre-Operation Preparation1.1 Preparation Steps(1) Leveling the MachineAdjust and lock all four leveling feet to ensure the machine is stable and properly balanced. (2) Retrieve AccessoriesRemove the following items from the side storage compartment: Power cord Foot pedal Air hose (3) ConnectionsConnect the components as follows: Connect the power cord to a properly grounded electrical outlet. Connect the foot pedal switch to the designated port. Connect the air hose to the built-in air compressor. (4) Power OnPress the main power switch to turn on the machine. Turn on the air compressor power switch. Open the ball valve. Push the blue manual slide valve toward the pressure gauge until air pressure builds to the required level. 1.2 Laser Positioning Light Adjustment(1) PositioningOrient the flexible laser tube upward to prevent interference with the swing arm during operation. Tilt the laser head downward to avoid direct eye exposure. Rotate the laser head to focus the beam and adjust the line thickness as needed. (2) AlignmentAlign the two outer laser lines with the vertical centerline on the positioning pad. Align the two inner laser lines with the horizontal centerline on the positioning pad. (3) Main Control Screen Overview The main control screen displays the following information: Temperature, Time, and Pressure settings Work Mode: Manual / Semi-Auto / Auto Press Count Status Bar Duration Setting Advanced Settings
  2. Operating Instructions2.1 Setting the Temperature Tap the Temperature field on the main screen. Enter the desired temperature value. Tap Back to confirm and return to the main screen. 2.2 Setting the Press Time Tap the Time Setting icon or press the SET key. Select the press mode: Single Press Double Press Triple Press Adjust the press duration for each selected mode as required. Press Modes Single Press — One press cycle per operation Double Press — Two consecutive press cycles Triple Press — Three consecutive press cycles 2.3 Setting the PressureTap the Pressure field on the main screen. Set the pressure within the recommended range of 40–77 psi. 2.4 Work Modes Manual Mode Press SWING → The arm moves to the opposite station. Press both PRESS buttons simultaneously → The heating plate descends. Semi-Automatic Mode Press SWING → The arm moves and automatically performs one press cycle. Automatic Mode Press SWING → The arm moves to the opposite station. Press both PRESS buttons → The arm swings, presses, and automatically repeats the press cycle continuously. 2.5 Press CountingThe counter records each completed press cycle. To reset the counter: Long-press Press Counting, then tap Counting Reset. 2.6 Status DisplayThe status bar indicates the current operating condition: Standby — Machine is idle Swing Left / Swing Right — Arm is in motion Down → Pressing → Up — Press cycle in progress Emergency On — Operation interrupted (e.g., by pressing the RELEASE button) 2.7 Duration Setting (Auto Mode Buffer Time)In Auto Mode: Tap Duration Setting before starting operation. Set a buffer/waiting time between press cycles. Recommended: 5–10 seconds. After setting, position the material and press both PRESS buttons to begin. 2.8 Advanced Settings Tap Advanced Setting to access the following functions: (1) Preset ParametersSave or load up to 10 custom parameter profiles for different materials (e.g., cotton, polyester, DTF film). Use Name Setting to select and customize one of the 10 preset profiles. (2) Temperature CalibrationIf the heating plate does not reach the set temperature: Tap Start Calibrate (button turns green). Calibration runs automatically. When complete, the button returns to red. (3) Reset SettingsRestores the machine to factory default settings. Use this function for troubleshooting if necessary. (4) Unit ToggleSwitch temperature units between °C and °F.
