Chapter 1 — Prestige R2 and R2 Pro

  1. Open the side panel.
  2. Locate the Y motor belt.
  3. Take a photo showing how deep the large wheel is positioned on the axle.
  4. Loosen the four Allen bolts on the large wheel.
  5. Rotate the wheel while gently pulling it outward.
  6. At the same time, push the belt toward the back until it comes off the wheel.
  7. Remove the large wheel completely.
  8. Install the replacement belt onto the smaller wheel.
  9. Reinstall the large wheel.
  10. Rotate the wheel while guiding the belt onto it bit by bit.
  11. Use the reference photo to set the correct wheel depth.
  12. Tighten all four Allen bolts.
  13. Close the side panel.

Chapter 2 — Prestige L2, XL2, and XL2 Pro

  1. Open the side panel.
  2. Locate the Y motor belt.
  3. Remove the rubber cap.
  4. Take a photo showing how deep the large wheel is positioned on the axle.
  5. Take a photo of the three connected cables for reference.
  6. Carefully unplug all three cables.
  7. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the Allen bolt on the large wheel.
  8. Rotate the wheel while gently pulling it outward.
  9. At the same time, push the belt toward the back until it comes off the wheel.
  10. Remove the large wheel.
  11. Install the replacement belt onto the smaller wheel.
  12. Reinstall the large wheel.
  13. Rotate the wheel while guiding the belt onto it bit by bit.
  14. Use the reference photo to set the correct wheel depth.
  15. Tighten the Allen bolt.
  16. Plug all three cables back in.
  17. Reinstall the rubber cap.
  18. Close the side panel.

Chapter 3 — Prestige XL4 and XL3

  1. Open the side panel.
  2. Locate the Y motor belt.
  3. Remove the rubber cap.
  4. Take a photo showing how deep the large wheel is positioned on the axle.
  5. Loosen all four Allen bolts on the large wheel.
  6. Rotate the wheel as needed to fully loosen it.
  7. Loosen all four Allen bolts on the smaller wheel.
  8. Slowly pull both wheels outward at the same time until the belt comes off.
  9. Position the smaller wheel back onto the axle.
  10. Push the smaller wheel fully back into position.
  11. Tighten all four Allen bolts on the smaller wheel.
  12. Place the new belt in position as shown.
  13. Reinstall the large wheel.
  14. Rotate the wheel while pulling it outward and guiding the belt onto it.
  15. Use the reference photo to set the correct wheel depth.
  16. Tighten all four Allen bolts on the large wheel.
  17. Reinstall the rubber cap.
  18. Close the side panel.
