  1. This procedure applies to: Aries DTF and UV DTF printers
  2. Although demonstrated on an Aries UV DTF printer, the same steps apply to all DTF Station printers.
  3. This adjustment allows you to increase: Color ink output
  • Prestige DTF printers
  • White ink output
  • Varnish output

Open Print Configuration Settings

  1. Open Pilot Software.
  2. Click Advance.
  3. In the side navigation bar, select Print Configuration.
  4. Click Rip Multi-Ink.

Adjust Ink Output Values

  1. Locate the three drop-down menus: Color
  2. By default, each value is set to 1.
  3. Select the channel you want to increase.
  4. Increase the value using the drop-down menu.
  • White
  • Varnish

Recommended Adjustment Method

  1. Increase values gradually.
  2. Recommended increment: Increase by 1 or 2 at a time.
  3. Test print after each adjustment.
  4. Continue adjusting until desired ink output is achieved.

Save Settings

  1. Click OK.
  2. Click Save to apply the changes. END OF PROCEDURE
