- Identify unreadable or incorrect language displayed in DTF Station Pilot.
- Confirm a red blinking symbol is visible in the bottom-left corner of the software.
- Verify the printer is not currently communicating with Pilot.
Step 1 – Reconnect the Printer to Pilot
What you need
- Example IP shown: 192.168.127.58
- Last two digits may vary
- Server IP always ends in.10
- Navigate to the last main tab on the right side of DTF Station Pilot.
- Click the last subtab within that tab.
- Select the first icon, which is the only active option for printer connection.
- Open the drop-down menu.
- Select the correct Ethernet port.
- Click the button on the left side to save the setting.
- Click OK.
- Close the pop-up window.
- Wait for the green solid indicator light confirming connection to Pilot.
- From the same tab, click the second button from the top.
- Open the language drop-down menu.
- Select English.
- Press the button on the right side.
- Click OK.
Restart Pilot Software
- Close DTF Station Pilot completely.
- Reopen the software.
- Verify all text is now displayed in English.
