  1. Bypass the front cover sensor using a metal object such as a drill bit
  2. Confirm the computer is connected and DTF Station Pilot is running
  3. On the control panel, press Menu
  4. Navigate to Head Maintenance and press Enter
  5. Select Head Status and press Enter
  6. Wait for the nozzle check to print
  7. Confirm that no nozzle pattern is visible SECTION (00:01:10) Remove Media and Prepare Printer
  8. Lift the pinch rollers using the rear handle
  9. Carefully roll the media out of the printer bed
  10. Power the printer on
  11. Wait until the status shows Idle SECTION (00:01:44) Move Carriage and Access Daughterboard
  12. Tap the Left Arrow key once to disengage the capping station
  13. Press and hold the Left Arrow key to move the carriage to the center
  14. Press the emergency stop button to power off
  15. Remove the daughterboard cover by loosening two screws on each side

  • If white print head ribbon cable contact points are visibly damaged, do not plug them in
  • Plugging damaged cables into the daughterboard can damage the ports
  • Printer is confirmed production-ready
  • No ink output issue has been resolved
