Identify the flashing ink alarm light on the printer.
Understand that each flashing light corresponds to a specific ink color.
Recognize that the flashing alarm indicates the ink level has dropped below the recommended level and requires refilling.

Open the ink bottle that corresponds to the flashing alarm light.
Confirm the bottle cap label matches the ink color being refilled.
Pour ink into the bottle until it reaches the proper level.
For white ink only, shake the ink bottle for 20 seconds.
Allow the white ink to sit for a minimum of three minutes to let air bubbles settle.
Pour the white ink into the container after the resting period.
Do not fully tighten the bottle caps after refilling to allow airflow into the bottle.

Use the alarm switch to temporarily turn off the ink alarm if needed.
Ensure the alarm switch is turned back on to keep the sensor active.
Verify that once ink is added, the alarm light turns off automatically, confirming successful refilling.
