Pilot - How to Setup Parameters (Prestige R1)

This guide explains how to correctly set up parameters and settings in the DTF Station Pilot program. Proper configuration ensures stable operation and prevents conflicts with RIP software. Reviewing & Matching Settings

1. Launch **DTF Station Pilot**.
2. Navigate to the **Settings** section.

1. Review all settings shown in the reference video.
2. Match each setting exactly as displayed. Critical Setting: Spot Color

Print Start Position Adjustment

• Ensure **Spot Color** is **unchecked**.
• Reason:
• Spot Color can interfere with the RIP (DigiRIP) workflow.
• This setting should remain disabled unless explicitly instructed otherwise.

Guidelines: Saving & Verifying Settings

• This is the **only** setting that may differ between systems.
• The value depends on how the film is loaded.
• If the film is centered:
• Typical range: **50–70**
• Measure the distance from the **left side** of the printer to the film start position.
• Enter the value that matches your setup.

1. Click **Save** after confirming all values.

1. Press the **Home** button.
2. Confirm the print head carriage moves back to the home position. Shortcut & Connection Check

1. Right-click the **DTF Station Pilot** icon in the taskbar.
2. Select **Pin to taskbar**.

1. Close DTF Station Pilot.
2. Reopen it using the taskbar shortcut.
3. Confirm the connection indicators remain normal.

DTF Station Pilot parameter setup is now complete.
