1. Open DTF Station Pilot

Print Start Position Adjustment

  • Ensure **Spot Color** is **unchecked**.
  • Reason:
  • Spot Color can interfere with the RIP (DigiRIP) workflow.
  • This setting should remain disabled unless explicitly instructed otherwise.

Guidelines: Saving & Verifying Settings

  • This is the **only** setting that may differ between systems.
  • The value depends on how the film is loaded.
  • If the film is centered:
  • Typical range: **50–70**
  • Measure the distance from the **left side** of the printer to the film start position.
  • Enter the value that matches your setup.

6. Home the Printer

7. Pin Pilot to Taskbar

  1. Right-click the **DTF Station Pilot** icon in the taskbar.
  2. Select **Pin to taskbar**.

8. Restart Pilot

  2. Reopen it using the taskbar shortcut.
  3. Confirm the connection indicators remain normal.
