Before you start

SECTION (00:00:12) Open Global Ink Settings

What you need

  • This setting enables a double layer of white ink output
  1. Open DTF Station Pilot
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Locate the Global Ink Setting option
  4. Click Enable SECTION (00:00:27) Adjust White Ink Layer Count
  5. Click on Ink Setting
  6. Wait for the ink settings popup window to open
  7. Locate the drop-down menu next to White
  8. Select the value Two to enable double white ink layers
  9. Click OK SECTION (00:00:49) Save Settings
  10. Confirm the Global Ink Setting checkbox is enabled
  11. Click Save
  12. Verify the setting is retained SECTION (00:00:58)
  • Recommended for dark garments such as black or blue
  • Improves white opacity so it appears whiter instead of gray
  • The printer will now apply two layers of white ink
  • Proceed with printing on dark garments
