What you need
- Use this process to change ink channel order during damper testing
- Open DTF Station Pilot software
- Click Advanced in the top-right menu
- Enter the Admin menu
- Select Ink Order
- Locate the CMYK channel list
- Select the two channels you want to swap, such as Black and Yellow
- Click Switch
- Confirm the two channels have swapped positions
- If another Black and Yellow pair exists, select both and click Switch again
- Click OK to save the ink order changes
- Proceed with testing as needed
- This helps identify whether nozzle issues follow the damper or stay with the channel
- Locate the Head drop-down option
- Keep Black selected as the base channel for normal operation
- Do not change the base to Yellow for damper testing
- Optionally, for bidirectional adjustment only:
- You may select Cyan as the base to print a blue reference bar instead of black
