This guide explains how to reset the NeoStampa public folder. This process is recommended if: ⚠️ Note: This reset will remove: Step 1: Close Software & End Background Processes

3. End NeoStampa Services

  1. In the search bar, type **non**.
  2. Right-click **NonSucking Service Manager**.
  3. Select **End Task** for all instances.

4. End Java Processes

  3. Select **End Task**.

9. Open NeoStampa Public Folder

10. Move Required File

  2. Drag this file into: **C:\Users\Public\Public Documents**

11. Rename Old Folder

  1. Right-click **NeoStampa 10**.
  2. Select **Rename**.
  3. Add **.bak** to the end of the name.
  4. Press **Enter**. Step 4: Rebuild NeoStampa Folder
  • Example: `NeoStampa 10.bak`

12. Launch NeoStampa

  2. Click **Yes** when prompted.
  3. A new **NeoStampa 10** folder will be created automatically.

13. Restore Required File

  1. Immediately drag the file you moved earlier back into the new: **NeoStampa 10** folder. If the Software Opens Too Quickly

If NeoStampa opens before the file is restored:

  1. Close NeoStampa.
  2. Move the file into the new **NeoStampa 10** folder.
  3. Select **Replace the file in the destination**.
  4. When prompted, click **Retry**.
  5. Click **OK**. Final Result
