Power On and Model Overview

  1. Locate the power button on the right side of the shaker next to the control panel screen.
  2. Ensure the power plug is securely connected to the wall outlet.
  3. Press the power button to turn the machine on.
  4. Verify that the control panel screen powers on.

  4. When excess film forms a U-shape, pause printing.

  8. Close the powder station cover.

Shaking, Takeup, and Auto Mode

  9. Feed film under the tension rod.
  10. Align film with preheating plate.
  11. Tape film to the takeup reel.
  12. Add more powder up to the height of the media wheel rod.
  13. Do not overfill the powder.

Monitoring During Operation

End-of-Print Film Handling

  2. Set front heating temperature to 0 to cool.
  3. When feed stops, detach film from printer.
  4. Manually feed film slowly if needed.
  5. Let printed film slide into powder station.
  6. Do not release film too early.
  7. Use cover open/close to move remaining printed film into oven.
  8. Allow final section to cure for 3–5 minutes.
  9. Turn off shaking and preheating when no longer needed.
  10. Let takeup reel pull in remaining film.
  11. Turn off takeup reel motor.
  12. Remove film core.

End-of-Day Maintenance

  1. Turn off all power except the purifier fan.
  2. Open powder station cover and heating chamber.
  3. Allow purifier to run for at least 5 minutes.
  4. When temperature reaches room temperature, turn off purifier and main power.
  5. Push control panel down.
  6. Brush powder off heating plate if present.
  7. Wipe heating plate and surrounding areas using 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol and lint-free cloth.
  8. Do not use rubbing alcohol.
  9. Clean upper cover area.
  10. Close and lock heating chamber.

Filter and Fan Maintenance

  1. Open the filter cover.
  2. Clean the filter cover and upper fan area.
  3. Remove HEPA and charcoal filters.
  4. Place filters in a cool, ventilated area to dry.
  5. Wipe filter housing surfaces.
  6. Install spare purifier filter.
  7. Alternate filters daily.
  8. Ensure charcoal filter side faces upward.
  9. Replace filters monthly.
  10. Close and lock filter covers.

Powder Station Cleaning

  1. Remove the media wheel rod.
  2. Brush and wipe the rod with isopropyl alcohol.
  3. Brush excess powder toward the powder tray.
  4. Clean around the sensor without scratching.
  5. Gently wipe sensor with lint-free cloth and alcohol.
  6. Remove powder tray.
  7. Transfer powder to a sealed container.
  8. Store powder away from air, moisture, and dust.
  9. Shelf life of powder is 1 year.
  10. Keep used powder separate from new powder.
  11. Mix used powder gradually with new powder.
  12. Clean area under powder tray.
  13. Reinstall powder tray.
  14. Reinsert media wheel rod.
  15. Close powder station cover.

Final Shutdown
