1. Open NeoStampa

  1. Confirm you have already watched the NeoStampa installation video.
  2. Click the **Windows** icon.
  3. Search for **NeoStampa**.
  4. Double-click to open the software.

2. Pin NeoStampa to Taskbar (Recommended)

  2. Select **Pin to taskbar** for quick access. Creating a Job

3. Create a New Job

  1. Click **New Job**.
  2. Select your **Printer**.
  3. Select your **Scheme**.

4. Import Files

  1. Click **Add File**.
  2. Import images using one of the following: Single file selection.
  • Multiple files by holding **Ctrl** while selecting.

5. Resize Images

  1. Select an oversized image.
  2. Adjust the scaling controls at the top.
  3. Resize until the image fits within print limits.

6. Rotate Images (If Needed)

  1. If the image extends beyond print bounds (red zone), click the **Rotate** icon.
  2. Confirm the image now fits within the print area.

7. Duplicate Images

  1. Select the image.
  2. Click **Copy**.
  3. Click **Paste**.
  4. Repeat as needed. Nesting & Printing

8. Nest Images

  1. Click the **Nest** icon.
  2. Set **Minimal Separation** to **0.25 in**.
  3. Click **OK**.
  4. Images will auto-align to reduce media waste.

10. Configure Connection

  1. In the print dialog, confirm **TCP/IP Port** is selected.
  2. If not: Click **Configure**.
  3. File connection is optional, but TCP/IP is recommended for direct printing.
  • Select **TCP/IP Port**.

11. Select Job Processing Method

  • Options vary based on system performance.
  • If your computer has low RAM or slower performance:
  • Processing may be affected.
  • Recommended setting:
  • **Process and send simultaneously**.

12. Send Print

Basic NeoStampa operation is now complete.

  • If an error appears under **Status**:
  • NeoStampa cannot communicate with the Pilot software.
  • Ensure **Pilot** is open and shows a **green indicator light**.
  • If issues persist, contact **DTF Station Technical Support**.
