This guide walks through the basic Neostampa setup for media profiles and the Control Center, using the Prestige R2 Pro as an example. Media Setup

1. Create a New Job

  1. Click **New Job**.
  2. Select your **printer** and **scheme**.
  3. Click **OK**.

2. Verify Media Width

  1. Under **Predefined Sizes**, confirm the media width.
  2. Right-click the media width if you want to change units (mm or cm).
  3. Example: For 13-inch film, set **Media Width = 13 in**.

3. Media Length & Margins

  1. Leave **Media Length** unchecked.
  2. Leave **Margins** unchecked (optional if needed).

4. Create a Media Profile

  2. Enter a **Media Name**.
  3. Set **Media Color**: Change RGB to **105, 105, 105** (charcoal gray).
  4. Save the media profile.
  • This prevents white-background artwork from blending in.

5. Add Additional Media Sizes (Optional)

13. Import Artwork

14. Send the Print Job

15. Add Ink Pricing

  4. Click **Add Price**.

16. Review Job History

  2. Select a job record to view details.
  3. If costs show zero: Confirm the correct media was connected.

17. Correct Media & Reprint
