This guide explains how to resolve the “Failed to obtain the horizontal print resolution” error when sending a print from NeoStampa to a Prestige R2 Pro. Identifying the Error

1. From **DTF Station Pilot**, open the **Log** page.
2. Verify the error appears after sending a print from **NeoStampa**.
3. Check the **Job Queue** for an error message.
4. Confirm **Error Code 21106** is shown. Checking the Print Scheme

1. In Pilot, note the active **print scheme**.
2. Example shown: **720 × 2400**.
3. This scheme requires a specific pass setting in Pilot. Adjusting Pilot Settings

1. In **Pilot**, go to the **Advanced** page.
2. Click **Print Configuration**.

1. Locate the **720 × 2400** resolution.
2. Confirm it is currently set to **8 Pass**.
3. Click the dropdown menu.
4. Change the setting to **16 Pass**.
