  2. These steps help resolve issues where the printer shows offline, ports appear correct, or print modes/queues are misconfigured. QUEUE PORT RESET

Performing a Queue Port Reset

  1. Open **DigiRIP**.
  2. From the menu bar, select **Queue**.
  3. Click **Manage Queues**.
  4. Locate the queue you are currently using (example: **A3 Plus Sheets**).
  5. Change the **Port** from: **Epson Stylus**
  6. Click **Yes** to confirm.
  7. Close the window.
  8. Wait **30 seconds**.
  • To **Null** or **File**.

Restoring the Correct Port

Watch this part1:02
  1. Reopen **Manage Queues**.
  2. Reset the port back to: **Epson Stylus 1390** (or the appropriate Epson USB port).
  3. If this option is not available: Inspect the USB cable connection.
  4. Close the window.
  5. Open **Status and Settings**.
  6. If the printer still shows **Offline**, contact support. UPDATING DRIVERS FROM CLOUD
  • Power-cycle and reset the printer.

Checking for Driver Updates

  1. From the menu bar, select **Devices**.
  2. Click **Manage Devices**.
  3. Highlight the printer (example: **Prestige A3 DTF**).
  4. Click **Check Cloud for Updates**.
  5. Select **Yes** when prompted to download the driver package.
  6. Choose any custom settings you want to preserve by checking the appropriate boxes.
  7. Click **OK**.
  8. DigiRIP will install the latest driver version. CLEAN DRIVER REINSTALL

Preparing for a Clean Install

  1. Remove any open or active jobs from the queue.
  2. From the menu bar, select **Queue**.
  3. Click **Manage Queues**.
  4. Delete all **Prestige**-related queues.
  5. Close the window.

Removing the Device

  1. Go to **Devices**.
  2. Click **Manage Devices**.
  3. Select the **Prestige** device once.
  4. Click **Remove Device**.
  5. Confirm removal.

Reinstalling the Driver

  1. Click **Install Printer**.
  2. Type **Prestige** in the search bar.
  3. Select the correct Prestige model.
  4. Click **OK**.
  5. Click **Next**.
  6. Select **New Printer Packages from Cloud Server**.
  7. Click **Next**.
  8. The driver package will install automatically.
  9. Default print modes will be installed during this process.

Finalizing Setup

  1. Once installation completes, connect to your printer.
  2. Select the appropriate compatible device.
