How to Print Custom Ink Setup Chart and How to Change the Ink Order in NeoStampa

This guide explains how to print a custom ink setup chart in NeoStampa and correct the ink order if it does not match the physical ink order in your printer’s dampers. This ensures accurate color output and proper ink channel mapping. Printing the Custom Ink Setup Chart

1. Open **NeoStampa**.
2. Navigate to the **Printer Scheme Manager**.

1. Click the **three-dot** menu on the printer scheme.
2. Click **Edit**.

1. In the edit window, locate the **Print** option.
2. Click **Print**.
3. The printer will output a test chart: Each ink color is printed. Documenting Results for Review

• A number is shown beneath each color indicating ink order.

You must collect **both** of the following:

• A **clear photo** of the printed ink setup chart.
• A **screenshot** of the **Custom Ink Setup** page in NeoStampa.

Correcting Ink Order (If Needed)

• Send both the photo and screenshot to your technician.
• The technician will confirm whether the software ink order matches the printed chart.

Updating Ink Order in NeoStampa

• Compare:
• The printed chart ink order
• The ink order shown in NeoStampa
• Example shown:
• Software:
• Green = position 8
• Red = position 9
• Printed chart:
• Red = position 8
• Green = position 9

1. Select **Green** in the ink list.
2. Change it to **Red**.
3. Select **Red**.
4. Change it to **Green**.

1. Click **OK**.
2. Click **Save**.
3. When prompted: Confirm **Yes** to modify the printer scheme. Profile Rebuild & Completion

Custom ink setup verification and correction is now complete.

• NeoStampa will rebuild the printer profiles based on the updated ink order.
• Once complete, the software ink order will correctly match the physical damper layout.
