How to Install DigiRIP DTG Hybrid Edition

1. After purchasing the DG RIP DTG Hybrid Edition software, check your email for the download link.
2. Click the link in the email to download the ZIP file.
3. A 15-day free trial is also available: Go to DTFStation.com.

• Use the search bar and search for “DG RIP.”
• Select the **DTG Hybrid version** (this version is required for DTG printers).
• Note: A DTF-only version is also available, but it is **not compatible with DTG printers**.

1. Once the download is complete, locate the installation icon.
2. Double-click the installer to begin.
3. Select your language and click **OK**.
4. Follow the InstallShield Wizard setup process.
5. Accept the terms and conditions and click **Next**.
6. The main installation takes approximately 8 minutes.

1. After the main installation finishes, additional content will download (this may take a few more minutes).
2. Click **Finish** when complete.
3. When prompted, enter the registration code sent to your email.
4. Click **Next** to proceed.

• If you have not received your code yet, you can continue using the 15-day free trial.

1. Select **Install Printer**.
2. Choose the printer model you will be using (example shown: F2200 DTF).
3. Click **OK**.
4. Make sure **Search for new printer package** is selected.
5. Click **OK** to begin installing the printer driver.

1. After the driver installs, open the drop-down menu.
2. Select the printer that is connected via USB.
3. If the printer does not appear: Confirm the printer is powered on.
4. If the printer still does not appear, select **Null** or **File** and continue.
5. Click **Allow Access** if prompted.

• Confirm the USB cable is properly connected.
• Confirm the computer is detecting the printer.

1. If the printer driver did not install correctly, go to **Q Manage Queues**.
2. Select the correct USB port.
3. Install the printer from this menu.

1. The top-right corner of the software shows how many days remain in your trial.
2. If you purchased DG RIP: Go to **Help**.
3. Confirm registration to fully activate the software.

• Select **Register**.
• Enter your activation code and required information.
