How to Export and Import Queues in DigiRIP

  1. This guide explains how to export and save your current queues in DigiRIP.
  2. Exported queues can be re-imported later for backup or restoration purposes.

Selecting Queues to Export

  1. Select the printer driver you are working with.
  2. Click **Queue (Q)**.
  3. Select **Manage Queues**.
  4. Locate the queues associated with the driver.
  5. Hold **Ctrl** (Windows) or **Command** (Mac).
  6. Click to select multiple queues.
  • Example shown: **Prestige XL2**.

Exporting the Queues

  1. With the queues selected, click **Export Queue**.
  2. Choose the destination folder.
  3. Enter a file name.
  4. Save the file.
  5. Confirm the file exists in the selected location.
  • Example: **Queue**

Importing Queues Back into DigiRIP

You have two import options:

  1. In **Manage Queues**, click **Import Queue**.
  2. Select the saved queue file.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import.
  4. Drag the saved queue file directly into DigiRIP.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import.
