This video explains how to import printer schemes into Neostampa. The example uses the Prestige R2 Pro, but the same process applies to all Prestige and Aries printers.
Locate your Quick Start Guide. Scan or click the “Important Resources” QR code. Open the Neostampa folder. Select your printer model. Example: Prestige R2 Pro. Locate the available print modes. Standard usage is typically 1800. Download the desired print modes. Note: Larger files may take longer to download and unzip. Example: 720 × 1800 720 × 2400 1200 Click “Open in Folder” once the download completes. Right-click the downloaded file. Select “Extract All.” After extraction: Move the extracted folder to a safe location such as the Desktop. Repeat this process for all print modes you downloaded. Do not delete extracted or installed files, as this may cause issues. Open Neostampa. Click “New Job.” Select “DTG / DTF” as the document type. Select your printer. Since no scheme is installed yet, click “OK.” Example: Prestige R2 Pro. Click the three-dot icon at the top. This opens the Scheme Manager. Confirm no schemes are currently selected. Click “Add.” Navigate to the Downloads folder. Open the extracted folder for the first print mode. Double-click the subfolder. Double-click the CPS file. The scheme will now appear in Neostampa. Select the newly imported scheme. If the error “Printing mode not supported” appears: Select the correct print mode. Click the icon to check mode colors. Change the Orange color channel to White. Click “OK.” Click “Save.” Click “Yes” to confirm. Set the mode to Five Color. Select the correct quality. Example: 720 × 1800. Ignore the pass count. Click the three-dot icon again. Click “Add.” Navigate to the next extracted folder. Double-click the CPS file. Repeat the same correction steps if the “Printing mode not supported” error appears: Verify mode and quality. Example: 720 × 2400. Update the orange channel to white. Save the scheme. Confirm all imported schemes now appear in the Scheme Manager. Select each scheme to verify availability. Your printer schemes are now successfully imported into Neostampa and ready for use.
