Accessing Print Modes

  1. Open **Digital Factory**.
  2. Click **Devices**.
  3. Select **Manage Print Modes**.

Creating a Custom Print Mode

  1. Locate the print mode you are currently using.
  2. Right-click the print mode.
  3. Select **Copy**.
  4. Rename the copied mode.
  • Example: **Unidirectional**.

Editing the Print Mode

  1. Double-click the newly created print mode.
  2. Go to the **Color Layer**.
  3. Select the **Printer Options** tab.
  4. Change **Print Direction**: From **Bi-Directional**
  5. Click **Save**.
  6. Close the print mode editor.

Applying the New Print Mode to a Queue

  1. Go back to **Queues**.
  2. Double-click the queue you are working with to open **Q Properties**.
  3. Change the **Default Print Mode** to the newly created mode.
  4. Click **OK** to save.
