This guide explains how to export and save your **firmware configuration** and **firmware configuration parameters** in DTF Station Pilot. Exporting these files is essential after calibration or any settings changes and provides a reliable backup in case of power outages, motherboard issues, or software problems. ⚠️ Always export BOTH files together. 1. Open Advanced Mode

  1. Launch **DTF Station Pilot**.
  2. Click the **Advanced** tab.
  3. Enter the password: **61s**
  4. Click **Confirm**.

2. Export Firmware Configuration

  1. In the Advanced window, go to the **Firmware** tab.
  2. Click **Export Firmware Configuration**.
  3. Choose a location you will remember.
  4. Name the file clearly (recommended format): `PrinterModel_Date_FirmwareConfig`

  1. Stay in the **Firmware** menu.
  2. Click **Export Firmware Configuration Parameter**.
  3. Save the file in the **same folder** as the firmware configuration.
  4. Use a matching name for consistency: `PrinterModel_Date_FirmwareParameters`

  • Keep backups organized by:
  • Printer model
  • Date
  • Re-export files:
  • After calibration

  • Firmware configuration and parameters are now safely backed up.
  • Files are ready for recovery if needed.
