You should receive: Step 1 — Upgrade Motherboard in HosonSoft
Pilot installation package Firmware files for your printer (example: Prestige R2) Motherboard upgrade package Compatible with: Prestige R2 Prestige R2 Pro Aries 113 Launch the **old HosonSoft** software. Click **Advanced**. Select **Version Info**. Check the **first four digits** of the version number to confirm printer compatibility. Click **Upgrade**. Select the **motherboard upgrade file**. Ensure file type is **.UPF**. Confirm the checkbox is ticked. Click **Upgrade**. Wait for the upgrade to finish (may take a few minutes). Click **OK**. Click **Save** before closing HosonSoft. Step 2 — Power Cycle & Verify Upgrade Turn the printer **OFF**. Wait **5 seconds**. Turn the printer **ON**. Reopen **HosonSoft**. Click **OK**. Go to **Advanced** → **Version Info**. Click **Refresh**. Message indicating version mismatch confirms: Motherboard upgrade was successful. Step 3 — Install DTF Station Pilot You may see an initialization delay or error. Fully close the legacy software before continuing. Double-click the **Pilot installation file**. Select your language. Click **Next**. Select **TCP Link**. Click **Next**. (Optional) Create a desktop shortcut. Click **Next** → **Install**. Continue through prompts. Click **Finish** (twice if prompted). Step 4 — Verify Compatibility in Pilot Open **DTF Station Pilot**. Click **Advanced**. Go to **Firmware Version Model**. Verify: Motherboard version are compatible. Step 5 — Import Firmware Parameters Click **Advanced Menu**. Enter the provided password. Click **Confirm**. Go to the **Firmware** tab. Click **Import Firmware Configuration**. Select the file: File type: **.BSFX** Tick the required checkbox. Click **OK** → **OK**. Click **Import Firmware Configuration Parameter**. Select the file: File type: **.XT FX** Tick the **first three** checkboxes. Click **OK** → **OK**. Step 6 — Save & Initialize Click **File** → **Save**. Click **OK**. Go to **Operation**. Click **Initialize**. This ensures all firmware and settings are applied. DTF Station Pilot software upgrade is complete.
DTF Station Pilot is now fully installed and configured. Motherboard and firmware parameters are properly aligned. You may proceed with normal operation.
