Discord - How to Update your Profile

This guide walks you through how to update your user profile within the DTF Station Discord server. Updating your profile ensures accurate account information for support, registration, and communication. Requirements Step-by-Step Instructions

• You must be logged into the **DTF Station Discord server**
• You must have **at least one support ticket available** (any ticket will work)

1. Navigate to an appropriate **support channel**.
2. Click on **any existing support ticket** (it does not matter which one).

1. Click the **icon in the top-right corner** of the ticket.
2. Select **Open in full view**.

• If the member list is not visible:
• Click the **member list icon** to display it on the right-hand side.

1. Click the **Follow** button.
2. This will display your username under the customer list.

1. Right-click on **your username**.
2. Scroll to **Apps**.
3. Click **My Profile**.

1. Marcus will provide a **unique profile URL**.
2. Click the link.
3. Select **Visit site**.

• Enter your **email address** when prompted to verify your identity.

• Edit your profile details as needed.
• Submit the changes.

Final Cleanup

• You will see a message confirming that your **profile was successfully updated**.

1. Close the browser window.
2. Go back to the Discord server.
3. Click **Follow** again to **unfollow** the support ticket.
