Submitting a Support Ticket (Mobile App)

  • Support channels vary based on the equipment you purchased.
  • Access is granted after **profile registration**.
  • The overall process is the same across all supported equipment and platforms.

1. Open the Correct Support Channel

  2. Navigate to **Support** → **Other Equipment** (or your applicable equipment channel).

2. Create a New Ticket

Closing Tickets

  • When someone tags you using **@YourName**:
  • A red notification badge appears.
  • Use **@mentions** to notify a specific person and speed up responses.

6. Ticket Closure Rules

  • Tickets are closed when:
  • Your issue is fully resolved by a technician, or
  • There is **no activity for 72 hours**, or
  • You manually close it.

7. Manually Close a Ticket

  1. Click the **Close** button at the top of the thread.
  2. Marcus confirms the ticket is closed.

8. Retrieve Closed Tickets

  3. Marcus provides a **link** to the closed ticket.

9. Pin a Message

  2. Select **Pin message**.
  3. Confirm the action.

10. View or Remove Pins

  • Click the **Pins** icon (top right) to view saved messages.
  • Click the **X** icon to remove a pinned message.
  • You can pin:
  • Support replies
  • Your own notes

11. Mobile Pin Workflow

  2. Open the chat with **Marcus**.
  3. Tap Marcus’ name at the top.
  4. Go to the **Pins** tab.
