This guide explains how to **submit**, **message**, **pin**, and **close** tech support tickets using the DTF Station Discord. The workflow is demonstrated on both **mobile** and **desktop** versions. It is recommended to install Discord on **both** devices. Access & Channel Notes
Submitting a Support Ticket (Mobile App)
Support channels vary based on the equipment you purchased. Access is granted after **profile registration**. The overall process is the same across all supported equipment and platforms. Open Discord on your phone. Navigate to **Support** → **Other Equipment** (or your applicable equipment channel). Tap the **Add (+)** icon. Read the **Post Guidelines**. Tap **Got it**. Enter a **clear title** describing the issue. Add a **detailed description** below. Tap **Post**. Best Practices: Clear titles + detailed descriptions = faster, more accurate help. AI & Ticket Tracking Reading & Responding to Messages
After posting: **Marcus (AI assistant)** replies automatically. A **support ticket** is opened for tracking by the tech team. A **dot** next to your thread = unread messages. **Three dots** indicate someone is actively typing. Closing Tickets
When someone tags you using **@YourName**: A red notification badge appears. Use **@mentions** to notify a specific person and speed up responses. Tickets are closed when: Your issue is fully resolved by a technician, or There is **no activity for 72 hours**, or You manually close it. Click the **Close** button at the top of the thread. Marcus confirms the ticket is closed. The sub-thread disappears from the support channel. Accessing Closed Tickets Go to **Direct Messages**. Open your DM with **Marcus**. Marcus provides a **link** to the closed ticket. You can also submit a **support rating** here. Pinning Important Messages (Desktop) Click the **Pin** icon on a message. Select **Pin message**. Click the **Pins** icon (top right) to view saved messages. Click the **X** icon to remove a pinned message. You can pin: Support replies Your own notes Go to **Direct Messages**. Open the chat with **Marcus**. Tap Marcus’ name at the top. Go to the **Pins** tab. View all saved pinned messages. Final Notes DTF Station Discord support workflow is now complete.
