Discord - How to Join a Live Webinar/Training

This guide explains how to join live webinars or virtual training sessions on Discord for DTF Station customers. ⚠️ Attendance is required to maintain **conditional print head warranty** status. Warranty terms vary by equipment. Important Warranty Notice Accessing Training Channels

• US-based customers must attend a virtual training webinar.
• You must attend within **2 weeks** of eligibility.
• Failure to attend will result in **warranty void** for the conditional print head warranty.
• On-site services are **not covered under warranty**.
• Trainings focus on proper operation, safety, and preventive maintenance.

• Log into Discord on desktop or mobile.

1. Click **Browse Channels**.
2. Locate your **equipment support category**.

Following the Training Category

• If the channel is **not visible** or shows a **waiting room**, you must:
• Complete **product registration** first.
• Once registered, proper access will be granted automatically.

1. Click **Follow Category** for your equipment.
2. This adds the training and support channels to your server list. Joining a Live Training

• An active live training will show:
• A **voice channel**
• **Multiple users** already connected

1. Click the live training voice channel.
2. You will automatically connect to audio.

• Click the **microphone icon** to mute yourself.
• This is required to avoid disrupting the live session.

Additional Notes

• Click the channel again.
• Use the **top-right icon** to open and view the live chat during training.
• Training schedules may **change** and **vary by equipment**.
• Some virtual trainings may be held on **Saturdays**.
