Digirip - How to Save your Print Job or Back up File

Importing Images

  1. Click the import icon to add images into DigiRIP.
  2. Confirm the images appear in the workspace.

Resizing Images to Fit Film Size

  1. Select an image in the job.
  2. Go to the Job tab.
  3. Edit the image dimensions to fit the film size.
  4. Repeat these steps for each image as needed.

Centering Images

  1. Select all images.
  2. Click the icon to center the images vertically.
  3. Confirm all images are aligned correctly.

Spooling the Job

  1. Click the spool icon to process the job.
  2. Wait for spooling to complete.
  3. Note that spooling time depends on image size and quantity.

Saving the Print Job

  1. After spooling is complete, right-click the job.
  2. Select Save As.
  3. Enter a file name for the print job.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Wait for the progress bar at the top to complete.

Restoring a Saved Print Job

  1. Click the Jobs tab.
  2. Select Restore Jobs.
  3. Locate the saved print job file.
  4. Click the Restore Archive icon.
  5. Wait for the progress bar to complete.
  6. Close the restore window once finished.

Deleting a Saved Print Job

  1. In the Restore Jobs window, locate the saved job file.
  2. Click the file name.
  3. Click the X icon to delete the saved print job.

Using the Restored Print Job

  1. Confirm the restored print job is applied.
  2. Make changes if required by clicking Open under the Page tab.
  3. Proceed to print when ready.
