Digirip - How to Delete and Re Install Queue & Driver

1. This guide explains how to completely remove a printer driver and its queues, then reinstall the driver from scratch.
2. This process is useful if: Queues are corrupted

• The driver is not functioning correctly
• You need a clean driver reinstall

1. Click **Queue (Q)**.
2. Select **Manage Queues**.
3. Highlight the queues you want to remove.
4. Click the **red X** icon.
5. Click **Yes**, then **OK** to confirm.
6. All selected queues are now removed.

• Example shown: **R2 Pro** queues.

1. Click **Devices**.
2. Select **Manage Devices**.
3. Highlight the device you want to remove.
4. Click the **red X** icon to remove the device.
5. Confirm removal.

• Example shown: **R2 Pro**.

1. Click the **Install Printer** icon.
2. Select the correct printer driver.
3. Click **OK**.
4. Click **Next** to begin downloading the driver.
5. Click **Next** again once downloaded.

1. When prompted, set up the printer **Port**.
2. Select the appropriate port for your connection.
3. Click **OK**.
4. Click **Next**, then **Finish**.

1. A new tab for the printer driver will appear.
2. Default queues for the driver will be recreated automatically.
3. The driver and queues are now ready for use.
