This guide explains how to completely remove a printer driver and its queues, then reinstall the driver from scratch. This process is useful if: Queues are corrupted The driver is not functioning correctly You need a clean driver reinstall
Removing the Queues Click **Queue (Q)**. Select **Manage Queues**. Highlight the queues you want to remove. Click the **red X** icon. Click **Yes**, then **OK** to confirm. All selected queues are now removed. Example shown: **R2 Pro** queues.
Removing the Device Click **Devices**. Select **Manage Devices**. Highlight the device you want to remove. Click the **red X** icon to remove the device. Confirm removal. Example shown: **R2 Pro**. Click the **Install Printer** icon. Select the correct printer driver. Click **OK**. Click **Next** to begin downloading the driver. Click **Next** again once downloaded.
Setting Up the Printer Port When prompted, set up the printer **Port**. Select the appropriate port for your connection. Click **OK**. Click **Next**, then **Finish**.
Verifying Reinstallation A new tab for the printer driver will appear. Default queues for the driver will be recreated automatically. The driver and queues are now ready for use.
