  1. Gather PC specification details when DigiRIP continues to crash.
  2. Provide this information to DTF Station technical support when requested.

Accessing Device Specifications via About Your PC

  1. Click the Windows Start icon.
  2. Type About your PC in the search bar.
  3. Click the About your PC result to open system settings.
  4. Locate the Device Specifications section.
  5. Take a screenshot of this screen.
  6. Save the screenshot to send to DTF Station tech support.

Accessing Detailed System Information

  1. Click the Windows Start icon.
  2. Type System Information in the search bar.
  3. Open the System Information application.
  4. Review details such as: Installed physical memory (RAM)
  5. Use this information for troubleshooting or support requests.
