Check the option Allow Job Rotation When Block Nesting.
Confirm DigiRIP automatically rotates or adjusts images to optimize layout.
Import an image into the queue.
Verify the manual rotate option is disabled when Auto Nest is active.
Uncheck Allow Job Rotation When Block Nesting.
Confirm manual rotation is now available.
Rotate the job as needed based on preference.

Space Between Job and Space Between Copy

Identify Space Between Job as the margin between unique images.
Identify Space Between Copy as the margin between identical images.
Confirm the default setting is 1 mm for both options when using Arc 127 with the Prestige XL3 driver.
Create copies of an image in the Job subtab.

If Segment Length is set to 300, set Virtual Tiling Length to 300 as well.

Open the Sorting tab.
Confirm the settings match the recommended configuration shown in the video.

Weed Border Offset Settings

Set the Weed Border Offset to 1.5 mm.

Click Manage Queues.
Confirm the Arc 127 driver is listed.
If Arc 127 is missing, reinstall the driver before continuing.

Production Markup Mode Selection

Open Q Properties.
Select the Production Markup tab.
Choose Arc 127 as the cutter.
Set Mode to Per Content.
Import an image to confirm registration and start marks apply per image content.
Change Mode to Per Page to observe registration marks applied around the entire page.
Return Mode to Per Content as the recommended setting.

Mark Color and Offset Settings

Leave Mark Color set to Black.
Confirm Offset is set to 4 mm for DTF.
Note that increasing the offset reduces the printable width.
Leave the Offset at 4 mm.

Segment Length Configuration

Enable the Used Segments option.
Set Segment Length to 500 mm.
Import images to observe automatic segmentation.
Identify registration marks separating segments based on length.
Recognize that each segment represents a cutting section.

Adjust Segment Length for Short Prints

Import images with a total print length shorter than 500 mm.
Observe potential overlap where cutting may occur on printed areas.
Change Segment Length to 350 mm.
Confirm the job divides into multiple segments correctly.

Enable Virtual Tiling

Open the Cutter Options tab.
Enable Virtual Tiling.
Set Virtual Tiling Length to match Segment Length.
Confirm both values are set to 500 mm or the current segment length.

Start and End Marks

Enable Add Start Marks.
Identify the arrow indicating cut direction and media loading orientation.
Optionally enable Add End Marks.
Use Start Marks as the primary setting.

Additional Cutter Options

Leave Offset settings unchanged.
Enable From End of Roll to allow continuous cutter operation.

If the film is fully cut, the pressure may be too strong.

Adjust Blade Pressure

Navigate to the pressure settings on the control panel.
Identify Force 1 as blade one pressure.
Identify Force 2 as blade two pressure, which is not in use.
Lower Force 1 from 35 to 20.
Press Test Blade again.
Inspect the cut result.
If the cut is not easily removable, increase the pressure.
Adjust Force 1 to 25.
Press Test Blade again.
Confirm the cut quality is acceptable.
Use the lowest pressure required for a clean cut.

Load DTF Roll Media

Position the DTF roll as shown.
Load the film onto the media holders.
Center the roll using the scalers.
Thread the film through the media rod.
Remove the tension bar.
Pull the film onto the cutting platform.
Center the film using the top and rear scalers.
Reinstall the tension bar to secure the film.

Secure Film and Align Registration Mark

Go to the control panel.
Press Clamp to release the clamp and secure the film.
Press the left button to move the film to the left.
Stop when the Start Here arrow aligns with the first registration mark.
Press Clamp again to lock the film.
Turn on the vacuum to hold the film tightly on the cutting bed.
Move blade one to the first registration mark.

Generate and Execute Cut Job

In DigiRIP, select the printed file.
Click Cut Job.
Confirm the cut file is generated and saved in the output folder.
Open the folder to verify the cut file.
Copy the cut file to a USB flash drive.
Insert the USB flash drive into the cutter control panel.
Select USB Drive on the cutter screen.
Click the three-dot icon to locate the cut file.
Select the correct file.
Click OK.
Start the cutting process.
