Power Down and Air Release

  1. Turn off the main power switch on the machine.
  2. Unplug the main power cord.
  3. Turn off the air compressor by pressing down its main power switch.
  4. Close the air outlet valve on the compressor.
  5. Unplug the compressor power cord.
  6. Pull the connector switch backward.
  7. Remove the air tube to release air inside the machine and prevent water buildup and potential damage.

Clean Blade and Cutting Area

  1. Loosen the screw holding the blade holder.
  2. Remove any scraps or debris around the blade and blade holder.
  3. Clean the blade and blade holder using alcohol.
  4. Vacuum the cutting platform to remove debris.
  5. Dispose of waste film from the collector basket.
  6. Cover the cutter to protect it from dust and debris.

Drain Oil Water Filter

  1. Go to the take-up reel side of the machine.
  2. Remove the machine cover to expose the internal components.
  3. Locate the oil water filter on the right side of the machine.
  4. Inspect the clear cylinder under the filter for water buildup.
  5. Pull the drain ring downward using a paper towel to remove excess water.
  6. Confirm the water has been fully drained.
  7. Perform this procedure weekly.

Drain Air Compressor

  1. Locate the air compressor underneath the machine.
  2. Find the air receiver drain plug on the compressor.
  3. Unscrew the drain plug to release any water buildup.
  4. Allow all water to drain completely.
  5. Tighten the drain plug back into position once draining is complete.
