Activating the Neostampa Dongle and Installing the Printer Driver Properly (xdat)

This video explains how to activate your XDAT license dongle for Neostampa. Neostampa requires the dongle to be inserted in order to open and print.

1. Insert the XDAT license dongle into your computer.
2. Confirm the dongle light turns green.
3. Note: Neostampa will not open or print without the dongle inserted.

1. Open Neostampa Delta.
2. Click “Yes” on any system prompts to proceed.
3. If this is your first launch: The software may take a few moments to load while the dongle installs.

1. When the dongle registration window appears: Enter your account details.
2. Click “Continue.”

1. Check your email inbox for a verification code.
2. Enter the verification code.
3. Click “Continue.”

• The email will come from **neostampa** or **inedit.com**.

1. Enter your printer details.
2. Select your primary printer.
3. Add any additional printers if applicable.
4. Click “Request Trial.”

• Example: Prestige R2 Pro.
• Example: Prestige XL2.
• Your screen will confirm successful activation.
• The on-screen trial length message may vary.

1. Refer to the Neostampa dongle troubleshooting video.
2. Before troubleshooting: Remove all USB devices except the dongle.

• Restart your computer.
• Reopen Neostampa and try again.

1. Click “Continue Trial.”
2. Click “OK.”

1. When prompted, click “Add.”
2. Select “DTF Station.”
3. Choose your printer driver.
4. Click “Install.”
5. Click “OK.”

1. Select “TCP/IP” as the connection type.
2. Confirm the selection.
3. Click “Close.”

1. At the top menu, click “Help.”
2. Select “Activation Keys.”
3. Confirm the license status shows as valid.
4. Click “Info.”
5. Select your dongle.
6. Verify: Dongle is active.

• Expiration date is listed (date will vary by license).

Your XDAT license dongle for Neostampa is now activated and ready for use.
