What you need
- Use this method to temporarily prevent a white fuzzy line at the start of prints
- Open DigiRip
- Go to Queue
- Select Manage Queues
- Click the Copy Queue icon
- Name the new queue Test
- Click OK
- Exit the Queue Manager
- Locate the newly created Test queue
- Double-click the queue to open Queue Properties
- Navigate to Production Markup
- In the System drop-down menu, select Basic Crop Marks
- Select the shape labeled Corner
- Remove all other corners
- Leave only the Top Left corner enabled
- Set the Width to 0.225 to minimize film usage
- Set the Offset to 0.05
- Leave the color set to Black
- Click OK to save the settings
- Import a new print job
- Go to Devices
- Select Quick Print Test
- Confirm the crop mark appears in the top-left corner
- Verify the crop mark prints before the image area
- This is achieved by enabling a small production markup crop mark
- The crop mark prevents the white fuzzy line at the start of the image
- This is a temporary workaround and should be used only as needed
