Open Queue Management

  2. Click “Queue” in the top menu.
  3. Click “Manage Queues.”

Verify Port Settings

  1. In the queue information dialog box, locate the “Port” section.
  2. Make sure the port type is set to “TCP/IP” in the drop-down menu.
  3. Confirm the IP address is set to 127.0.0.1.
  4. Verify the protocol is set to “Raw.”
  5. Confirm the port number is set to 9100.
