Total Peace of Mind Agreement
Effective Period: The DTF Station Total Peace of Mind Agreement extends the coverage of your equipment beyond the initial 1-year warranty period for an additional 12 months from the date of purchase.
Coverage Details:
A. General Equipment Warranty: The DTF Station Total Peace of Mind Agreement builds upon the terms and conditions outlined in the original equipment warranty with a new unit replacement guarantee after the initial warranty period expires.
B. Technical Support: You continue to receive comprehensive technical support from DTF Station, available both online and over the phone during regular business hours.
C. Coverage of Non-Consumable Parts: The DTF Station Total Peace of Mind Agreement covers non-consumable parts of the equipment. In the event of a malfunction or defect in covered parts, DTF Station will provide necessary replacements.
- Replacement Process: DTF Station technicians will guide you through the replacement process. Replacement parts will be shipped free of charge via ground shipment from California. Expedited shipping is available upon request, with additional charges applicable.
- Return of Defective Parts: Some parts may require the return of the defective part. DTF Station will facilitate this process by providing a return shipping label.
D. Coverage of Print head: Print head coverage is one additional print head on top of what is provided within the initial first year warranty.
E. New Equipment Replacement Guarantee: If technical issues arise and cannot be resolved resulting in the need for equipment replacement after the initial warranty period, DTF Station agrees to provide ONE new equipment replacement during The DTF Station Total Peace of Mind Agreement term.
- Replacement Criteria: During the DTF Station Total Peace of Mind Agreement term, a brand new unit will be provided.
- Shipping: Replacement equipment will be shipped free of charge to and from our service center via ground shipment. Expedited shipping options are available with additional charges.
- Turnaround Time: We aim to minimize inconvenience by expediting the replacement process whenever possible.
- Onsite Set-Up: Onsite Set-Up is NOT included. Onsite Set-Up will be an additional charge.
F. Return Policy: The return policy remains in effect as outlined in the original warranty terms.
G. Terms That Void the Warranty: Please note that this agreement is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Other terms that void the warranty remain unchanged from the original warranty policy.
H. Standard Exclusions: The standard exclusions outlined in the original warranty policy apply to this extended warranty agreement.
I. Claim Procedure: To initiate a claim, please contact your DTF Station dealer with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
J. Dispute Resolution: Dispute resolution procedures remain consistent with the original warranty policy.
K. Remedies and Disclaimer of Warranties: The agreement and remedy detailed in this agreement are exclusive and replace all other express or implied warranties.
L. Exclusion of Damages: DTF Station's maximum liability and exclusion of damages remain consistent with the original warranty policy.
M. Other Provisions: Other provisions, including governing law and jurisdiction, are aligned with the terms of the original warranty.
