How To Join

To better support your needs, we'll need a little information about the equipment you need help with. Please fill out the form below, and one of our specialists will grant you access to the proper Slack channel to suit your needs.

Getting Started

Follow the steps below to get started with Slack once you've received your invite.

PC (Windows/MAC)

Step 1. View Your Slack Invitation

Step 2. Create your account

Continue, either with your name or your Google or Apple account. 

Step 3. Open Slack

Open Slack, either through your web browser or through the Slack app. Both options function the same.

Step 4. Download Slack

If you choose to use the Slack app in Step 3, but don't have Slack on your computer, go to the Slack download page for Windows or Mac and download the software.

Step 5. Welcome Page

After opening Slack through your preferred method, you'll see a welcome page. Hit the "Let's Do It" button to proceed.

Step 6. Choose Team

Slack will prompt you to choose your team members. Since you're joining as a customer, feel free to hit the "Skip for now" button.

Step 7. Channels

Here, you'll see a collection of our various Slack channels. If your invitation doesn't take you to the channel you need, feel free to search for the channel that corresponds to your product in the search field that says "Search by channel name or description" and join as needed.
