Every Tuesday at 11 AM PST and every Friday at 3 PM PST, we have live technical training sessions for DTF Station Prestige Desktop Printer users. If you have purchased a DTF Station Prestige A3+, Prestige A3+R, or Prestige A4 DTF Printer, you are eligible to join and participate in these sessions after receiving your printer.

To sign up, please fill out this form with the email and name you used for your purchase. Once you submit your request, we will verify the provided email against our records. If you have your order number, it will help expedite the verification process.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to verify and approve your request. As soon as you are approved, you will receive two separate Zoom link emails for our live training sessions: one for our Tuesday sessions and one for our Friday sessions. Both sessions cover the same content, so feel free to join either or both sessions.
